‘Vineyard & Olive Grove ’ Experience
A calm and authentic way to discover our landscape… glass in hand.
The experience begins in one of our vineyards, where we stroll among the vines while talking about viticulture, tradition and the history of the Aibar valley, at the foothills of the Pyrenees. All of this is enjoyed with a glass of our wine, because a vineyard is best understood when it’s being enjoyed.
We then continue on foot through the landscape to our century-old olive grove. There, we explain in a simple and approachable way the cultivation of the local Vidrial variety and how we produce our extra virgin olive oil.
Weather permitting, we finish the experience outdoors with an aperitif of local and Iberian products, our AOVE, and a selection of limited-production singlevineyard wines.
An experience designed to enjoy the land, the wine and the olive oil — unhurried and with all five senses.
