Vinification. 100% Garnacha, made in concrete tank following traditional free-run methods out of respect for the quality of the fruit. Cold maceration to allow the most refined aromas of the grape variety to be extracted.

Soil: Chalk. Medium-low fertility that guarantees limited yields and production.
